We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account directly from the app by going to Settings > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data including conversations, personas, memories, and feed activity. If you are unable to access the app, contact us at the email above and we will process your request within 30 days.
Subscription Management
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel or modify your subscription, go to your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. For refunds, please contact Apple Support.
Report a Concern
If you encounter inappropriate content or behavior within the app, you can report it directly using the in-app reporting feature, or email us with details at support@socrateschat.com.
